The Anser Community Board of Directors for the non-profit corporation, Anser of Idaho Inc., is the legal entity responsible for all school operations. The Board is comprised of Anser parents and outside community members dedicated to promoting the mission and vision of the school. Meetings are open and held at 6pm on the third Tuesday of each month in the Anser library.

There are seven committees that report to the Community Board of Directors: Fundraising; Finance; Marketing; Education; Governance; Facilities; and Family Council.
Crew Anser, the contracted teaching and administrative staff, is responsible for the school’s daily functions.
